PARCEL DAMAGE CLAIM POLICY 包裹损坏索赔政策
1. Once the buyer clicks "Order Received", we will no longer be able to accept claims for parcel damage.
一旦买家点击“确认收货”,我们将无法接受包裹损坏的索赔。
2. The buyer must submit a claim within 3 days of receiving the parcel.
买家必须在收到包裹后的3天内提交索赔。
3. To validate the claim, clear video and photographic evidence have to be provided to show the damage occurred due to mishandling by the courier service.
为了验证索赔,必须提供清晰的视频和照片证据,以显示损坏是由快递服务的不当处理造成的。
RETURN & REFUND POLICY 退款和退货政策
Buyers may only request for return and refund in the following circumstances:
买家只能在以下情况下申请退款和/或退货:
1. The item has not been received by the buyer;
买家未收到该物品;
2. The item was defective and/or damaged upon delivery;
商品在交付时有缺陷和/或损坏;
3. The buyer received an item that does not match the agreed specification (e.g., wrong size, colour, etc.).
买家收到的商品与商品的规格不符(例如尺寸、颜色错误等);
4. Buyers have to ensure that the returned item is unused and returned in its original packaging with all items such as styrofoam, remote control, warranty card etc.
买家必须确认退回的物品是未使用过的,并以原包装退回,包括泡沫塑料、遥控器、保修卡等所有物件。
WARRANTY POLICY 保修政策
Standard warranty period is 1 year starting from the order date. Our warranty only covers the original factory defects. If the item shows original factory defects (e.g., lines, dots, etc.) within the warranty period, the buyer can ship the item back to us for repair. We will charge a certain amount of repair fees if the item is misused or damaged by an external factor (e.g., lightning strike, external force impact, etc.).
For warranty claims, the buyer has to make sure the item was in original packaging and covered by insurance upon delivery. The buyer has to file a claim with the courier company if the item was damaged upon delivery.
标准保修期为1年,从订单生成的日期开始。我们的保修涵盖原厂缺陷。如果商品在保修期内出现原厂缺陷(如线条、圆点等),买家可以将商品寄回给我们进行维修。如果物品因外部因素(如雷击、外力撞击等)误用或损坏,我们将收取一定数额的维修费用。
对于保修索赔,买方必须确保该物品处于原始包装中并已投保。如果物品在交付时损坏,买方必须向快递公司提出索赔。
