S – recommended for kids

M – recommended for ladies who are of small to medium build

L – recommended for ladies who are of medium to large build, and for men who are of small to medium build

XL – recommended for men who are of large build

*If you are deciding in between sizes, as a general rule - go for the smaller size if you sleep more on your back, and go for the larger size if you sleep more on your side.
