1) Customer purchases selected soundbars on Shopee and is entitled to 14 days return policy

2) During the 14 days trial period:

a. If customer is satisfied, he/she is eligible to redeem islandwide / PWP free gift after trial period (if any)

b. If customer is not satisfied, he/she can contact CS call center/platform and request for on-site return

i. On-site collection of the returned product will be conducted by our logistics partner SGBros

ii. Product will be returned to our warehouse for inspection and grading

iii. Refund to customer will be made within 30 working days via original payment mode

Soundbar Buy & Try Promo Return criteria:

Soundbar must be returned in complete set (i) Original Carton and (ii) all accessories (remote, cable etc) must be returned together.
