Attach the Nasal Dock to the device. 2. Fill the upper tank with water to the Fill Line. 3. Place a new, unused SaltPod capsule in the crushing chamber, foil-side down. 4. Close the lid firmly until you hear it click shut. Do not reopen. - New User Tip: Position the nose pillows correctly and keep your head level. First, press the pillows in firmly to create a good seal. Once the cycle is initiated, back off a little to increase the flow.
