To take off the sling, please make sure you hold the baby’s hip first before you loosen and detach the buckle on the front below the logo.

The toddler sling is fit for babies and toddlers from 6 to 48 months. Despite its light weight, it's sturdy enough to hold up to 44lbs.

Refunds and exchanges must be requested within 30 days of receipt.

There will be no handling fee charged for the return, but the return postage is the customer's responsibility.

The shipping rate you paid for your order will not be refunded since the delivery is completed by the courier.
