You should clean it before first use. The cleaning method is as below:

- Pour rated water into the kettle, not exceeding the MAX level.

- Then press "power" and boil the water.

- When the water boils, turn off the kettle and pour all the water out.

- Giselle will bear the 2-way postage within 1 month from the date of receipt, excluded Sabah & Sarawak.

- After 1 month, the warranty does not include any free postage, which will be borne by the customer.
