Q: Does this product come with warranty?

A: Yes, pet fountain from Nekohouse comes with 1 month warranty from the date of delivery. Simply contact us for any issue.

Q: Do we offer wireless pet fountain?

A: Wireless seems a lot convenient and energy saving - but our fountain itself only runs at 1W rating. Wireless fountain defeats the purpose of encouraging your pets to hydrate as no liquid flow sound can be heard unless pet is near the fountain.

Q: Can we operate this pet fountain through powerbank or battery?

A: No, this fountain cannot be used with battery or powerbank. Do attach the USB to an adaptor, or directly to the power source (extension). The fountain should be connected to an electrical/ power point. However, our team is currently discussing on the option to develop battery-operated pumps, so stay with us and u might just see a new product soon :)

Q: Can the entire fountain be wet?

A: Other than the tip of USB (metal) that is going connecting to electrical point, the rest of the parts can be in contact with water.

Q: How often do I need to change the filter?

A: We suggest changing it once every month, and for the fountain itself, do wash it once every 3 weeks!

Q: How much electricity will it consume if run on 24/7?

A: We have tested that the product runs on low electricity consumption, hence for 1 month, functioning for 24h, 1kwh is consumed in a typical Singapore household. Which costs approximately ~20 cents.
