With our hotplate and its optional attachments (sold separately), you can whip up a full English breakfast, enjoy beers over a bubbling steamboat or Korean army stew, flip rice burgers and patties, or train up your motor skills over a skillet of crispy takoyaki. The possibilities are endless!

Every Compact Hotplate set comes with a hotplate machine, flat plate, takoyaki plate, and a wooden spatula.

Red is one of our mainstay favourite colours - its classic rich deep true red makes it perfect in any modern or minimalist kitchen! The pop of red makes everything on the breakfast table look even more delicious!

The white BRUNO Hotplate with beautiful brushed gold hardware is a neutral classic loved by many. Classy and versatile in any home or kitchen.

[Ash Glaze]

This summer, we buck the trend of all things bright and bold to bring to you instead our most beautifully neutral and timeless colour yet – Ash Glaze.

Ash Glaze is a curious colour that is both buttery smooth and chalky at the same time – blending warm creamy tones with soothing greys to form a shade that has endless nuances and will suit any table and home.

The story behind its name is the use of wood ash by Japanese potters to glaze their hand made ceramic creations –resulting in a gorgeously smooth earth-toned colour emerging from the fires of the kiln.

Embodying the versatility of the colour and its embracing of heat, we chose this colour to represent BRUNO’s place at any table and our hotplates’ ability to warm any meal, heart, or home.

[Rose Pink]

Vintage and classy - that's rose pink. Unlike the pastel, pale colours of spring, this new shade is a buttery, smooth bloom of mauve pink kissed with rose.

The gold accents on the hardware set off this colour beautifully, adding to its feminine glow. Watch this beauty hold her own in neutral, nordic homes or contribute to colour in brighter settings - she belongs everywhere she goes!

Return policy:

We are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges unless your product has manufacturing defects that are covered under warranty.

Return items have to be unused (eg. not washed, not used to cook with) and returned with the original packaging. Returns will not be accepted if the above conditions are not met. This is subjected to our review and done on a case by case basis.

All sales are final. We reserve the right to refuse any exchange and return at any time.

Warranty details:

All products come with a 1-year warranty for manufacturing defects from the date of purchase.

Please register warranty at www.maisonace.com AND keep a proof of purchase (soft/hard copy).

The warranty is VOIDED if the product is damaged under the following circumstances:

1. Not used according to guideline

2. Found to have been dismantled without prior authorisation.

3. Damaged due to misuse or negligence.

4. Damaged due to force majeure like an earthquake, thunder, flood, war.

5. Used for commercial purposes or under abnormal household use situations.

6. Improper care, like never cleaning the product.

7. Warranty does not cover consumable parts (eg. attachment plates, spatula, blade unit, bottle, bottle lids, seals).

8. Damage originating from cooking oil flowing into the main unit.

9. Removal of safety warning stickers from the unit.

Do you service products purchased from overseas?

Unfortunately, no. We do not service or fulfil warranties that are bought overseas due to safety and voltage issues as Japan’s voltage is different resulting in problems.

We only service Singapore sets that are bought from us and our official retailers.
