A. No, it doesn’t contain alcohol.

It contains Lactobacillus/Rice Ferment but made with different fermentation process as sake. 

Q. Bubbles appear from No.3 toner. Is it fine with using? 

A. It contains fermented ingredients so it is normal for bubble appearing.
