Duration: 2 Months
Coverage: This warranty covers the inner pot ceramic glaze coating and accessories for a period of 2 months from the date of received.
❇️Warranty Claim Procedure❇️
1.Contact our customer support team with a detailed description of the issue. In order to better assist you, provide images or video related to the problem.
2. Upon receiving, kindly take a video record while opening the parcel for buyer’s parcel insurance (in case of damaged, loss or missing item), NO VIDEO may lead to no replacement/refund.
3. For warranty claims, please notify us within 1 month from the date of discovering the issue.
4. During the first month from the date of received, we will arrange and cover the shipping fee for your warranty claim.
5. After the initial 1-month period, the customer is responsible for any incurred shipping fees.
6. Upon receive of the product, a thorough inspection and repair will be performed, usually within 3-7 business days (except under special circumstances).
7.If the damage is determined to be caused by human, external factors, misuse, or unauthorized modifications is not covered by the warranty.
