Our smart door lock offers advanced features such as 5-in-1 unlock methods (Fingerprint, Password, Card, App, Mechanical Key), anti-peep virtual passwords, and universal installation for left and right-hand doors. The administrator has primary guest privileges, and temporary passwords can be set for guests, making it suitable for rental properties.
To use the app unlock feature, press "9" + "#" on the password panel. This feature requires a home WiFi connection and is ideal for when guests arrive in your absence. Please note that voice control is not supported.

Warranty covering manufacturing defects only. The item is required to be sent back for claims, we are not cover the shipping fee. Upon verification, we'll rectify the issue. This warranty does not cover any damage caused by misuse or wear and tear. Lock mortise and lock components are not covered under warranty.
